By engaging Buildwell Architects ("the Firm") for architectural or related services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not engage our services.
The Firm provides architectural design, interior design, structural engineering, construction management, project planning, consultancy, 3D visualisation and landscape design services. The scope of services for each project will be defined in a written project agreement.
Fees are agreed in writing before commencement of services. Standard payment terms are: 30% on appointment, 40% on completion of design, 30% on completion of working drawings. Fees for additional services beyond the agreed scope will be negotiated separately.
All architectural drawings, designs, specifications, 3D models and other creative works produced by the Firm remain the intellectual property of Buildwell Architects until all fees have been paid in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a licence to use these works for the specified project only.
The Firm's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service causing the issue. We are not liable for consequential losses, delays caused by third parties, unforeseen site conditions or changes in regulatory requirements.
Where the Firm provides construction supervision, this is a monitoring service and does not constitute a guarantee of contractor performance. The client is responsible for directly engaging and paying contractors.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
